Eggs turn out pretty nice. Mushroom gives plenty of sweet juice.
Discovery: Cooking wine makes the sauce so much thicker, packful of flavors.

Discovery: Oven-safe ceramic container. Stunningly beautiful. Put your pan-seared piece of steak in. Let the mushroom simmers in its own juice until the sauce is thick enough. Lock all of them with aluminium foil. Oven on.
